1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your transaction participants ("Personal Information").

  • Account Identifiers
    Name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, real estate license number, and password credentials.
  • Document & Transaction Data
    Uploaded PDF contracts, property addresses, purchase prices, earnest deposit details, closing dates, financing terms, and participant contact details including buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Usage & Device Data
    IP addresses, device identifiers, operating systems, browser types, interaction logs, and timestamp data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Providing document parsing, organization, and automated workflow functionality.
  • Managing transaction participants and document access permissions.
  • Improving artificial intelligence, OCR, and machine learning systems using aggregated and de-identified information.
  • Providing commercial lead generation, partner services, and personalized marketing offers.
  • Maintaining network security, auditing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

3. Data Sharing & Commercial Lead Generation

We do not sell unparsed or raw uploaded contract documents to unauthorized third parties.

To support commercial services and lead generation, we may share contact information and generalized transaction metadata, including transaction volume, geographic location, and financing status, with authorized real estate service providers, title companies, lenders, insurance providers, and home service partners ("Lead Partners").

You may manage or disable commercial lead sharing at any time through Account Settings → Privacy Controls.

4. Cookies and Automated Tracking

We use persistent cookies, session cookies, local storage, and standard analytics technologies to:

  • Remember user preferences.
  • Measure application performance.
  • Analyze usage patterns.
  • Improve application functionality.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns.

You may disable cookies through your browser or device settings, although certain features of the Service may not function properly.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Active Data

Uploaded documents and transaction records are retained while your account remains active or as necessary to fulfill operational, contractual, and legal obligations.

Account Termination

Upon account deletion or written request, personal identifiers will be removed from active production systems within sixty (60) days, except where retention is required by applicable law, audit obligations, or legal holds.

De-Identified Data

Aggregated and anonymized information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained indefinitely for analytics, benchmarking, and product improvement purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest.
  • TLS encryption for data transmitted over the network.
  • Role-based access controls.
  • Document access authorization controls.
  • Audit logging and security monitoring.

Although we employ commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
